Figure 1 Chest X-ray obtained in the semi-upright anteroposterior (AP) view demonstrates a cardiothoracic ratio (CTR) of approximately 0.75. Given the AP projection and positioning, cardiac magnification is expected; thus, this elevated CTR should be interpreted with caution and may not accurately reflect true cardiomegaly.
