The horizontal axis represents days since admission. A rapid decline in hemoglobin and HCT occurred on the first postoperative day due to postoperative bleeding. At the 6-month follow-up, both parameters had normalized and remained within the normal range, supporting the diagnosis of myomatous erythrocytosis syndrome.
