The horizontal portion of the duodenum is twisted toward the right side, and the duodenojejunal junction is located to the right of the midline, suggestive of midgut malrotation; (D) The duodenum is tortuous with marked wall thickening and surrounding blurred fat planes, indicating possible exudation.
