Figure 3 Complete regression of the epidural cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) collection at follow-up. T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging obtained 6 weeks postoperatively confirms complete disappearance of the epidural CSF collection and normalization of the dural sac contour.
