Figure 4 Sagittal (A) and axial (B) T2-weighted magnetic resonance imaging scans showing a rectal mass measuring 2.4×1.7×2.9 cm, located approximately 3 cm from the anal verge and involving 60% of the rectal circumference. No radiologic evidence of regional lymph node metastasis was identified, consistent with T2N0 disease.
