Figure 1 Baseline optical coherence tomography and retinal thickness maps of both eyes. The Comprehensive Retina Cube OU report demonstrates macular cross-sectional optical coherence tomography images, retinal thickness distribution, and ganglion cell complex maps for the right eye (panel OD) and left eye (panel OS) at presentation. In the right eye, parafoveal exudates and retinal thickening were observed. In the left eye, dense vitreous hemorrhage limited scan quality and reduced interpretability of the foveal profile. At this stage, best-corrected visual acuity was 5/6 (≈0.08 logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution [logMAR]) in the right eye and hand motion (≈2.3 logMAR) in the left eye.
