Temporal changes in C-reactive protein (CRP) and the Simplified Disease Activity Index (SDAI) are shown in relation to adjustments in antirheumatic therapy. After initiation of upadacitinib (UPA), CRP levels and SDAI decreased progressively, indicating improved control of rheumatoid arthritis disease activity.
