Figure 2 Follow-up chest CT scan at 18 months demonstrating near-complete resolution of prior infiltrates with only minimal residual patchy ground-glass opacity. These findings illustrate substantial radiologic recovery after immunosuppressive therapy and sustained cocaine cessation.
