The boundary is clear, no obvious capsule is present, the posterior echo is enhanced, and the internal echo is not uniform (A, red arrow). Multiple lymph node echoes can be seen in the right axilla, with clear boundaries and a distinct demarcation between the cortex and medulla (B, red arrow).
