Figure 2 Chest multidetector computed tomography scan (last 7 days of lipolytic injection) at Bach Mai Hospital revealed diffuse bilateral ground-glass opacities (red arrows) and inflammatory consolidations (black arrows). No abnormalities were detected in the pulmonary arterial system. Mild bronchial dilatation was noted in both lungs.
