Figure 2 (A, B) Non-contrast abdominal computed tomography scan after oral administration of a positive contrast agent following pregnancy termination reveals distended gastric lumen and proximal duodenum with contrast opacification. The duodenal ascending segment and small bowel are positioned anterior and right to the transverse colon, with persistent tortuosity of mesenteric vessels.
