Figure 3 Immunohistochemical profiles of the pancreatic mass. The pancreas adenocarcinoma (A, H&E,100×) was positive for CK7 (B) and CA19.9 (C). CDX2 (D) is weakly and patchy positive. TTF-1 shows non-specific cytoplasmic staining (E), but napsin A was positive (F) in tumor cells.
