Video 1 Preoperative transesophageal echocardiography (real-time loop, mid-esophageal 4-chamber view)Introductory slide presents primum atrial septal defect (ASD) and membranous ventricular septal defect (VSD) indicated with red arrows. Mitral and tricuspid regurgitation were indicated with blue arrows. Preoperative color Doppler reveals severe mitral regurgitation and tricuspid regurgitation. The final slide presents postoperative valves with no regurgitation.
