Figure 5 Treatment course. Azithromycin (300 mg/day) was administered on days 7–9 and 14–16. Oral prednisolone (0.5 mg/kg/day) was initiated on day 11 and tapered until day 99. B. henselae antibody positivity was confirmed on day 20. Improvement of serous retinal detachment and optic disc edema was observed on day 43.
