(B) Follow-up CT scan in June 2025, 7 weeks after the initial injection, shows partial blurring of the fracture line (red arrow). (C) Follow-up CT scan in August 2025 demonstrates further obscuration of the fracture line (red arrow). (D) Follow-up CT scan in December 2025 indicates near-complete resolution of the fracture line (red arrow), suggesting progressive healing of the femoral neck fracture.
