Sagittal, coronal, and axial T1- and T2-weighted and fat-suppressed images demonstrate a giant retroperitoneal mass measuring approximately 28×23.6×24 cm. The lesion shows heterogeneous signal intensity, predominantly adipose with interspersed non-lipomatous components. Green lines indicate maximal tumor dimensions in different planes.
