Acute	High fever, itchy maculopapular rash, fatigue, muscle pain, cough, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and headache
Chronic	Abdominal pain and distension, blood in stool or urine, diarrhea, dysuria, hepatomegaly, anemia, and weight loss
