Apart from the main abscess (thick arrow), multiple small lesions (thin arrow) were also observed. (B) Four months after puncture, there was recurrence of abscess. (C) Fifteen months after prednisolone administration, the abscess became a scar that was hypointense in T2WI, and no recurrence was observed.
