Figure 1. (A) The abdominal computed tomography scan shows a low-density lesion (white arrow) over the left adrenal gland with ring enhancement after contrast medium injection. (B) The initial T1 magnetic resonance image of the adrenal cyst reveals a well-defined, round nodular lesion, measuring 3.84 cm, over the left suprarenal region with 2 different signals on the T1 image. The central region shows a relatively high signal but no contrast medium enhancement. The peripheral part shows moderate contrast enhancement.
