There is opacification of the dilated vessels and intranidal aneurysm (arrowhead) within the AVM. The post-embolization angiogram (B) shows successful embolization of the AVM with a combination of coils (short arrows) and diluted mixture of (25%) Histoacryl in Ethiodol. There is a marked decrease in vascularity of the AVM and occlusion of the intranidal aneurysm.
