Figure 3. Elastic tape. The back of the elastic tape of the brand Easytape® is separated by 5×5 squares. In all tape techniques as described in the 4xT protocol, the first square is the anchor of the elastic tape, which should be stuck on the skin. The rest of the elastic tape is rubbed out simultaneously with the skin and underlying fasciae with medium-high pressure in the positive direction obtained from the Dynamic ArthroMyofascial Translation® test.
