(A, B) Computed tomography showing large loculated peripherally enhancing pleural effusion along the posterolateral hemithorax tracking into the anteroinferior pleural space and into the minor, major, and azygos fissures. Findings are most consistent with an empyema. There is right hilar adenopathy. There is no evidence of cervical, mediastinal, or axillary adenopathy.
