Thin fluid-filled right chest wall sinus tract is probably site of previous chest tube drainage. Right lower lobe decreased size mass-like opacity is possibly small pulmonary abscess of 1.9 cm. Stable pleural space multifocal periphery calcified nodular thickening is shown.
