Figure 2. Breast ultrasonography findings. (A) An irregular mass with indistinct borders and rough margins was observed at 9 o’clock of the left breast. The maximum diameter was 36 mm and the NTD was 19 mm. The irregular mass was associated with a rough marginal skin infiltrate and indistinct borders. (B) The VP shunt was observed in the center of the mass.
