Chest computed tomography scan on hospitalization day 13 showing newly noted ground glass opacities (GGOs) and patchy consolidations in both upper lobes, In lower lobes, consolidation was decreased, but overall GGOs and air trapping was increased, and fibrotic change was newly noted. It manifested a more organizing pneumonia pattern rather than a nonspecific interstitial pneumonia pattern.
