Microscopic examination: 2-mm internal scale; 100× power of magnification, transverse plane, and hematoxylin and eosin stain. Findings: Sections demonstrate infiltrative atypical mesothelial proliferation forming tubules and trabeculae. The overall cytology is low-grade with occasional prominent nucleoli. There are no significantly increased mitoses or necrosis.
