Figure 2 (A, B) Abdominal ultrasound performed on January 16, 2024, revealed thickening and irregularity of the gallbladder wall, and multiple strongly echogenic masses were seen in the lumen with posterior acoustic shadows, the larger of which had a long diameter of about 15 mm. The internal diameter of the common bile duct was about 4 mm, and SIT was apparent.
