The green arrow identifies a hyperechoic lesion in the posterior right hepatic lobe, measuring 1.7×1.7×1.3 cm. The orange arrow points to a lower pole renal cyst with septation in the right kidney, measuring 2.5×2.7×2.2 cm. Diffuse increased echotexture is observed, with no evidence of hydronephrosis.
