Figure 1 (A) The patient’s ocular condition at admission. The right eye appeared essentially normal; the left eye demonstrated severe eyelid swelling, increased skin tension, and rigidity of the skin and subcutaneous tissues, preventing voluntary eye opening. Ocular motility was completely restricted and fixed. (B) After chemoradiotherapy, there was a substantial reduction in eyelid edema within the left eye, as well as pronounced improvement in skin tension. The patient was able to open the eye with assistance.
