Figure 3 At low-power magnification (4×), a dense, infiltrative lesion with a diffuse growth pattern was observed. The lesion lacked distinct margins and invaded adjacent tissues, consistent with a high-grade neoplasm. No organized structures such as follicles or glands were present. At high-power magnification (40×), clusters of large, atypical lymphoid cells were visible, characterized by irregular nuclear contours, prominent nucleoli, and dispersed chromatin. Numerous mitotic figures indicated rapid cellular proliferation. The absence of differentiation toward other hematologic lineages further supported a diagnosis of lymphoid malignancy.
