Figure 1 Initial computed tomography scan findings (November 4, 2024). The scans reveal the emergence of a newly developed high-density consolidation in the right upper lobe. Following these findings, empirical treatment with intravenous ceftazidime (2 g twice daily) was initiated, while fluconazole (400 mg daily) administration was continued.
