Figure 1 Electrocardiogram obtained at presentation demonstrating bidirectional ventricular tachycardia. The rhythm is characterized by a ventricular rate of approximately 125 to 130 bpm, widened QRS complexes (140–160 ms), and beat-to-beat alternation of the QRS axis, consistent with bidirectional ventricular tachycardia.
