Figure 2 Anteroposterior chest radiograph. The image demonstrates well-aerated lungs without clinically significant loss of aeration. Structural findings include mild right basilar fibrotic changes, localized peribronchial thickening, and minimal pleural reaction. The hila appear prominent without focal abnormality, and the pulmonary vasculature is mildly prominent. The costophrenic angles and mediastinal contours are within normal limits.
