Management of pneumoblastoma in child: a case report

Abstract
Background: Pneumoblastoma is the most frequent pulmonary malignant tumor met in pediatric pathology, this tumor is characterized by no clinical or paraclinical specificity, only biopsy and
histologic study of the specimen can confirm the diagnosis.Case Report: Authors report a case of a 12 years old girl, where chemotherapy and radical surgery gives successful remission. Through this observation, the authors study some anatomo -clinical, therapeutical and follow-up characteristics of these tumors.Conclusions: The best treatment of Pneumoblastoma is a complete surgical resection associated with chemotherapy.
