Abstract
Case Report: This paper presents two cases of Eagle’s syndrome, one case features an articulated styloid process, only described once previously in association with stylalgia. Both cases described were treated with excision of the styloid process via an intraoral approach resulting in cessation of symptoms. Conclusions: Surgical excision of the elongated styloid process either by an intra oral or external approach may facilitate cessation of symptoms.
