A rare chest wall tumor in a girl: Angiolopoma

Abstract
Background: Angiolipomas are neoplasms composed of mature adipocytes admixed abnormal vascular elements.These tumors are most commonly found in the subcutaneous tissue of the trunk and
extremities, but other sites have been also reported.Case Report: A five-year-old girl had had a tumor since birth on the left side of her chest wall where anterior axiller line intersects with sixth costal bone. The mass was free form surrounding tissues and excised completely. Histopathologic diagnosis was angiolipoma.Conclusions: Angiolipoma found in chest wall is a rare case in childhood.
