The paper presents 3 cases of pregnancy and delivery in patients who had undergone chemo-or radiotherapy for neoplastic diseases: acute lymphoblastic leukemia, dysgerminoma of the ovary and eosinophilic granuloma of the humerus. All the aforementioned diseases had two characteristics in common: they occurred in the developmental age and required aggressive treatment. No disturbances of fertility were observed in any of the cases. All the pregnancies terminated with term deliveries of healthy babies in good condition. These clinical cases provide a contribution to the discussion concerning preservation of the reproductive function after effective treatment of neoplastic diseases in female patients.
