Abstract
The authors present diagnostic problems with determination of the reasons for persistent hyperbilirubinemia accompanied by histopathologic characteristics of liver damage in a 12-year-old girl, caused by congenital alpha-1-antitrypsin deficiency and Gilbert's syndrome.
