Abstract
A case presentation of rare female Kallmann's Syndrome has been reported. Kallmann's Syndrome is a variant of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism associated with anosmia. The occurrence of other somatic abnormalities is possible, too. Anosmia was detected in other family members - patient's aunt and grandfather. In case reported intraoral anomalies and anterior mitral leaflet prolaps together with hyperkinetic left ventricle were shown.
