Abstract
A case of TAR syndrome - congenital thrombocytopenia and bilateral radial anostosis in a four-month-old girl is described. Additionally, other signs of dysmorphia were observed in the patient within the skull, chest and lower extremities, as well as an atrial septal aneurysm and atrial septal defect.
