Abstract
A case of 62-year-old male patient with acute myocardial infarction is presented. Based on ECG the typical inferior wall infarction was suspected. In UCG hypokinesis of all apical segments has been shown. The urgent cardiac catheterization revealed left coronary artery originating in right aortic sinus and critical stenosis in dominant right coronary artery. The angioplasty of this artery was successfully performed with stent implantation. There were no any complications during follow-up.
