In the bag intraocular lens dislocation in anterior chamber along with intact superior zonules following a blunt trauma

Abstract
Background: Reporting an unusual case of traumatic dislocation of the posterior chamber intraocular lens into the anterior chamber along with its intact superior zonules.
Case Report: We present a 60-year-old man suffering from traumatic dislocation of foldable posterior chamber intraocular lens who had undergone an uncomplicated phacoemulsification 5 years ago.
Conclusions: This case represents an unusual sequela of trauma to a pseudophakic eye that needs proper management.
